I was shocked at the lack of service—sat by the pool for over an hour and no one ever approached me despite their claims of poolside service. The constant helicopters buzzing overhead were utterly disruptive. it felt like they were landing right on the property.

I also found the breakfast options lacking, which pushed me to dine elsewhere to get a decent meal, despite hoping for something better on-site.

landed from a 15 hr flight without my suitcase. they took care of everything, got me a toothbrush, and made me feel like such a luxury! the Deluxe Double Room was cozy, with a private bathroom and telephone. The spa facilities were amazing. I loved the back massage and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch too.
